What we collect

When you call, text or use our quote form, we collect what you give us: name, mobile number, email if provided, delivery address or ZIP, dates, unit type, quantity and crew or guest count. Payment card details are handled by our payment processor and are not stored on this website.

How we use it

We use your information only to quote, schedule, deliver, service, bill and pick up your rental, and to text or call you about that rental. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not add you to marketing lists.

Form processing

Quote forms on this site are delivered to us through Web3Forms, which processes the submission and emails it to us. Web3Forms handles the data under its own privacy policy.

Website services

This site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address to deliver them. The site does not use advertising cookies. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this page.

How long we keep it

We keep rental records for as long as tax and accounting rules require, then delete them. Quote requests that never become rentals are deleted after 12 months.

Your choices
